From the stage of sampling to order receiving to production activities, all processes are monitored and documented so as to be able to identify fault areas and take corrective action.

The laundry is equipped to wash upto 3000 garments per day. The section also has a Fabricate Perk cleaning machine capable of dry cleaning unto 2000 garments a day.

100% fabric is checked in greige stage as well as after processing. Fault marking on processed fabric is meticulously done so as to to facilitate cutting room operations.
